Product Description

This product is a high-temperature platinum-cured, flexible closed-cell silicone foam sheet roll. It features excellent electrical insulation, aging resistance, superior high and low-temperature performance (continuous operating temperature range: -60℃ to 200℃), flame retardancy (UL94 V0), high physical strength, and is odorless and colorless.

Product Specifications

  • Roll Form: Standard width approximately 1000 mm. Dimensions and length can be customized per customer requirements.

  • Options: No adhesive, single-sided adhesive, or double-sided adhesive.


Storage & Transportation

  1. This product is non-toxic and non-hazardous.

  2. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor environment. Recommended ambient temperature: -20°C to +35°C; relative humidity not exceeding 70%.

  3. Avoid Contact: Keep away from heat sources, open flames, strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, and other chemicals.

  4. Stacking Requirements: Store flat to avoid permanent deformation from prolonged compression. Stacking height should not be excessive to prevent deformation of lower layers.

  5. Shelf Life: Under specified storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. Re-testing key properties is recommended before use if this period is exceeded.

  6. Transportation: Protect from direct sunlight and rain during transit. Avoid heavy pressure and severe impact. Keep packaging intact.
